Bee Creek United Methodist Church :: Spicewood, Texas Image 1 Image 2 Image 3 Design of this 6,000 sq.ft. wood-framed church facility incorporated prefabriated roof trusses to clear span the 50 ft. wide office area. Prefabricated wood trusses are commonly used as one of the most cost-effective roof framing solutions to providing clear, column-free spaces. Four site-built glued laminated timber trusses were designed to clear span the 50 ft. x 50 ft. Sanctuary space as well as provide for a 16 ft. cantilever at the roof corners.
